2019.
In 2019, Tecma Drive was born with a clear and ambitious vision: to revolutionize the market for crown gears and slewing modules. Founded by Marian Baisan and Mihaela Baisan, the company was established with a small but passionate team of engineers dedicated to excellence and innovation. From the outset, we committed to offering the highest quality products, designed to meet the specific needs of our customers across various industries.
2020.
Just one year after our founding, we reached a significant milestone by obtaining our first ISO 9001 certification. This achievement reflected our unwavering commitment to quality and high standards across all our manufacturing processes. The certification allowed us to establish a solid foundation for continuous improvement and earn the trust of our customers by demonstrating our ability to provide consistent, high-quality products and services.
2022.
In 2022, Tecma Drive took a major step forward by relocating our operations to a new, state-of-the-art facility. This move not only allowed us to increase our production and storage capacity but also to improve the efficiency and quality of our processes. Our new facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and advanced testing and inspection equipment, enabling us to remain at the forefront of innovation in our industry.
2024.
In 2024, we reached another important milestone by obtaining ISO 14001 certification, which recognizes our commitment to environmental management and sustainability. This achievement demonstrates our dedication to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and promoting sustainable practices. Also in 2024, we expanded our facilities to include new production lines and research and development areas, reaffirming our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
