External slewing ring with crossed rollers

Tecma Drive’s crossed roller slewing rings are designed to withstand combined loads (axial, radial, and tipping moment) in applications requiring high structural rigidity, positioning accuracy, and axial compactness.

The orthogonal arrangement of the cylindrical rollers at 90° provides linear contact, reducing elastic deformation and maximizing rotational accuracy.

  • Crossed rollers at 90°, with line contact: excellent load distribution and minimal deformation
  • High torsional rigidity: stable behavior under dynamic loads or motion reversal
  • Reduced axial profile: high load capacity in compact dimensions
  • Gear options: without gearing, internal or external gearing, according to DIN 3967
  • Material: 42CrMo4 steel, induction hardened and ground
  • Sealing: double contact seal system
  • Lubrication: radial grease fittings, compatible with automatic lubrication
  • Tolerances: manufactured according to ISO 4306 standard and DIN 3967 gear quality
