External toothed slewing ring type E.20.00.C

The E.20.00.C is part of our standard lightweight series, a commercially popular slewing ring equipped with 20 mm diameter balls. It features reinforced external teeth on the outer ring and an optimized inner ring to reduce the overall weight of the part while maintaining excellent structural rigidity.

This type is designed for applications requiring a compact rotary solution with high structural rigidity, precise positioning, and low weight—ideal characteristics for industrial machinery, automated rotary platforms, and medium-duty dynamic control systems.

The E.32.00.C series, with 32 mm diameter balls, is also available. See the table below for options.

Made of heat-treated C45Mn steel and conforming to strict manufacturing tolerances, it guarantees high operational reliability, minimal maintenance and long service life even under combined load conditions (axial, radial and overturning moments).

Optionally, it can be supplied with heat-treated hardened teeth and with custom mounting hole configurations to suit specific mounting requirements.
